We believe in the power of our own example, when kindness, experience, knowledge and flexibility are our keys to succeed. We want to become the real and honest chance for those who want to express in a higher academic manner, their vision about culture in real life of business and economics. We think that real values are based on hard work culture, and they will develop in time. To be the best, we shall work with the best!

The success and popularity enjoyed by "Cross-Cultural Management Journal" from 2012 on, evidenced by the growing volume of articles received for publication in the journal, led to the separation of two new specialized supplements - "Network Intelligence Studies" (ISSN-L: 2344-1712) and "SEA-Practical Application of Science" (ISSN-L: 2360-2554). Over time the two journals will gain independence of editorial policy and will detach from "Cross-Cultural Management Journal" as a manager of editorial policy.
