THE EDITORIAL DEPARTMENT HAS BEEN TRYING SINCE 2015 TO REINVENT AND STRENGTHEN ITS SCIENTIFIC POSITION WITH LEADING PUBLISHERS.
Editorial priorities contain the following:
- improving the quality and attractiveness of published articles involving extremely respected authors in the field;
- the expansion of an annual International Conference outside Romania, both by participants origin and by the location deployment.
We have improved the reliability of the journal by consolidating a highly respected Editorial Board. The journals with a periodic appearance attract and disseminate articles of high scientific quality.
What does a person on his own, without being stimulated by others' thoughts and experiences, is in the best case pretty meaningless and monotonous.- Albert Einstein
We believe in the power of our own example, when kindness, experience, knowledge and flexibility are our keys to succeed. We want to become the real and honest chance for those who want to express in a higher academic manner, their vision about culture in real life of business and economics. We think that real values are based on hard work culture, and they will develop in time. To be the best, we shall work with the best!
The success and popularity enjoyed by "Cross-Cultural Management Journal" from 2012 on, evidenced by the growing volume of articles received for publication in the journal, led to the separation of two new specialized supplements - "Network Intelligence Studies" (ISSN-L: 2344-1712) and "SEA-Practical Application of Science" (ISSN-L: 2360-2554). Over time the two journals will gain independence of editorial policy and will detach from "Cross-Cultural Management Journal" as a manager of editorial policy.
We drew and published articles with a higher scientific and linguistic status, both in the ”Cross-Cultural Management Journal” and in the issues of two thematic supplements of the journal: one specialized in the study of inter-organizational collaborative networks, named "Network Intelligence Studies” and the second focused on multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary topics, approached at a theoretic and practical level as well, named ”SEA-Practical Application of Science”
The positioning strategy of the Romanian Foundation for Business Intelligence to achieve its goals through dissemination of results and scientific collaboration is accomplished by the Editorial Department. However, organizing academic events aimed at developing a platform for debate in the Romanian society on topics ranging from economics to social.
