About Cross-Cultural Management Journal

The idea that formed the base of the editation and deveopment of the journal was my own experience of meeting and confronting different occidental realities, with schools and academic formation processes from different developed European countries, expecially France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Switzerland.
In this way, we noticed the great variety of forms and formulas, of structures and mechanisms of academic formation, in economy and Management in particular.
We couldn't notice the depths and intimicies of this sort of philosophies and ways of resolving problems of academic formation, because each of them was part of the respective cultures.
The importance granted to these specific aspects in each of these countries/cultures and the possible solutions emerges from here, including the roles and the position that must be granted to the comprehension and the valorification of the cultural aspects and the differences that exist at this level.
